No payout after 40 days of claim submission

Submitted a vehicle claim on the 5th of December 2021, Solani my claim advisor is never available for assistance nor for follow up queries. Was told a disk renewal was outstanding, submitted documents on the 5th of January 2022, when following up on the 16th of Jan 2022, no one can assist nor advise how far is the claim. Utterly disappointed that no one can provide me answers as at 17th Jan 2022...
