No one called back as stated and 20% increase

I was told and sent an sms to say someone will contact me in 72 hours in regards to my cancellation. No one has called me!!!!

20% increase on my premium could not even be justified and I have never claimed!!!!!

When you want to sign up clients it has to be done immediately why do we have to always follow up for our policies to be cancelled????

I would just like express my gratitude to Adelaide for the amazing service received and because of her amazing service We will be staying with Miway! From the beginning she has been extremely friendly and helpful and has gone out of her way to make sure we stay with Miway. I strongly believe such excellent work should be recognized and praised as she deserves it.
