No namedrop reward

Hi there, I'm waiting for the name drop reward, it's been more than 4 months since I name dropped (fitting the criteria). My husband took up a policy online and the debit order even has my name on the reference. Miway phoned back after I queried a month ago and said it actually happens in the fourth month after three successful payments from the new client. that doesn't make sense. Why don't you send more info to the name dropper so they may know when to expect their reward?
