No loyalty to customers

I am Extremely disappointed with the service I have just received from Catherine Matjiane. I started a chat to ask if I can EFT the outstanding premium. I had a missed debit order in December with Miway and Alexander Forbes, both for vehicle insurance. The difference is that Alexander Forbes, just contacted me, arranged a double debit and cover remained. Miway on the other hand…tells me I am not covered and if I want to be reinstated I must take car for an inspection. After being with Miway for almost 5 years, I would expect a little more effort to retain me as a customer.

To make things worse, after saying I am not covered until I re-inspect the vehicle a PG auto glass, I still get told my account will be debited for the premium.

This is absolutely ridiculous, I do not have time to be driving around to reinspect. Thank goodness I did not insure our other vehicle with Miway.

If I am not reinstated and covered immediately, I will be cancelling this policy and moving my business.
