<p>Miway deducted an amount from my account, when I phoned in to do a query - was on the line for 19+ minutes without my query being solved. I spoke to Thabiseng who obviously did not know what she is talking about. When I asked to speak to a manager there was no one available.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need Miway to sort this problem out as they will be deducting again on the 25th</p>
