No honest replies on claim or no feedback at all

I wrote off my car on the 31st of January 2019. I took me about a month to submit all the needed paperwork. on the 11th march 2019 i submitted the last papers needed. I have been asking day in a day out for answers but receive the same answer all the time. "Should be done by the end of the week" or i just dont get any reply at all. apparently its with the senior assessor now. I would just like a honest answer on when my claim will be paid out to me as i have to buy a new car for work or lose my job!

can anyone please give me a honest answer!
