No help from Miway, (THEIRway)

I have an approved claim and I'm paying for car hire and am using taxis because the miway appointed service provider CAR Doctor Secunda is lying about ordering parts and this Miway says I can only get a car hire once parts are there. But I'm paying for vehicle hire and this was never even explained to me by the useless non communicating claims advisor nhlanhla nkosi. How is this fair for me??????????
