No help from chat advisor

I was previously told by a MiWay consultant that my car would be covered while in transit should the transport truck be in an accident. Today I spoke to Andile Hadebe to confirm this and he told me that I would not be covered. He did not offer me any other information or help and when I asked to speak to a supervisor he left the chat. I then phoned the call centre and was told by a lady supervisor that I am indeed covered if the transport truck is in an accident but just not for theft. Andile gave me the wrong information and did not offer any additional assistance. Very disappointed and this is making me consider other insurance options.
