NO HELP /ASSISTANCE

I have a claim with Miway since I think 27 December or so and no assistance. It is a third party claim yet they still dont want to assist as the third party is being nasty towards me so I cannot deal with the third party myself. All they say is they will give me a letter. To give to the third party.must I drive all the way from Port Shepstone to Port Elizabeth to hand in a letter as the company will not even give me an email or postal address. They dont even want to tell me which insurance company the truck belongs to so I can send the letter straight to the insurance company rather. Claim nr C922378 motor vehicle accident while parked off. Malicious damage to property claim. My ex fiance smashed into my van while I was parked off. And also his son and accomplice damaged my vehicle.
