No help

I am looking for a new short term insurer. Thought I would try MiWay. Created an account on their online portal to create online quotes. Logged on and off a few times, trying to get different quotes. Now I can't logon to their system at all. The error I get is "There seems to be a problem with your account. Please contact the call centre" So I did. I was told by two call centre agents that the reason I could not logon is because MiWay don't want my business... Wow! Just like that, and I hadn't even finished my quotes yet. Anyway a gentleman by the name of Rinae got a hold of me, and he apparently resolved that particular problem and was in fact very helpful. Still can't logon. Rinae passed me on to a colleague. From the I got passed from pillar to post. Still can't logon. Yesterday Mpho Mo***eng from their technical division suggested she delete all my quotes so I can start afresh. I wholeheartedly agreed. Still can't logon. I have sent Mpho two emails telling her I can't logon. I have had no response bac**** Oh by the way I can logon using the smartphone app, but not my pc. Seems like they really don't want my business...
