NO FOLLOW UP A WEEK AFTER ACCIDENT

On 25/02/2016 I called Miway immediately after my accident and was advised to go report the case at the police station. I did all that, and then called back to speak to a consultant regarding my claim. The line was bad, and I logged the claim online. I had left my number with the gentleman, but till this day he has not called me back. After email correspondence, I have done as I was told, i.e., taken my car for assessment and still NOBODY has been in contact with me.<br> <br> I was assigned a consultant via email with email address and contact details but when I call there is no answer.<br> <br> I am really disappointed in Miway's service as I was advised by my dad to join because of their service but this is really becoming a drag, because no one is advising me on what to do next.
