No feedback to my quiry

I have been covered with Miway since 2013, I recently learnt through one of the consultants that I was overcharged as my car was captured as a Polo Sedan and not a hatch back. I brought this to the attention of MiWay about 3 weeks back where I was given a confirmation that Yes I was overcharged all these years and I will be granted a refund. To my surprise there is no progress reported to me on the matter. Policy no ********** 5

Thabang has called to inform me about the money owed to me for all those years. I have requested I get a breakdown of the amounts through an email on the 21st of Nov and to date I didn't get a response. For how long must I wait for this ?
