No feedback/ response

Poor service I am receiving from miway. I have been dealing with Ayanda Mukwevho and Tshepo Sekome, non of them is giving feedback on what is happening to the claim. It has been 3working days trying to contact them and no luck, several messages has been left but they don't return the calls nor respond to email. Tshepo promised to provide feedback in less than 3 days but now he went under the rader.
