no Feedback or action

<p>I was in an accident on the 19th of January (NOT my fault) i am still awaiting for my excess to be refunded to me ( 6 months down the line) i have repeatedly asked for feedback once a week but i am getting ignored. please sort this out ASAP. it didnt help having someone not knowing what they were doing in the claims department. (called 14 times in one day without them even aknowledging my phone calls.) claim number : C700229 </p>
