NO FEEDBACK ON MY CLAIM

After lodging my claim exactly 3 weeks back, I am still where I was the very 1st day - stuck without my car. Everyday I have to contact Gloria. She will never make an effort from her side to let me know what is happening with my claim. We are forever waiting for something to happen, which obviously it's not happening. I am now forced to cancel all my policies with Miway because there is no way I am dealing with a similar situation, ever.
