No feedback on claim

I lodged a claim on the 30th of April to a guy named David. He said he didn't work in that department of claims but he will however forward the claim to the right people and that the turnaround time for claims is 4 working days.On Monday the 4th of May my case my allocated to a lady named Inge and the email said the lady will contact me to give feedback and it also gave her email address and office line which I have used. I called her office line and left a message with my red no and ref and also emailed on the 06 of May and to this day I have not received a response. Disappointing
