No feedback on an inaccurate refund
It's been two weeks and 5 calls later and a Miway representative has still not given me feedback regarding the short pay on a refund that is due to me. I was promised a call back on Friday with feedback and this has not happened. Extremely disappointed that a simple refund transaction is so difficult to complete.
