No feedback nor update on claim

I submitted a leaking geyser claim but I havent heard anything back from Miway. They sent someone to assess but havent gotten back to us with regards to the next steps. I called to follow up and I was promised to be called back but it never happened. You can imagine that a leak is an emergency as there is water being wasted. It’s not been long since Ive joined them but I already regret crossing over. My previous insurance used to have such matters resolved same day
