NO FEEDBACK..HELLO ANYONE THERE?

My wife's phone was ****** on 03/01/2016 and reported it to Miway on 03/01/2016, person in charge was Maritza Voges. I'm deeply disappointed in her service as she never once called my wife or myself to follow up on the claim status or any required documents needed to complete the claim. I've been trying to get hold of her for 8 days and apparently she is busy.<br> <br> Still today, my wife is without a phone and no feedback from claims representative, I've wasted all my airtime calling MiWay everyday to find out that the status is still the same.<br> <br> Normally we get great service from miway, but Maritza just dropped the ball on this one.<br> No Feedback whatsoever.disgusted!<br> Oh and I had to call in just to find out that I have to send documents to another representative(Estuan Besuidenhoud) which I did, but thereafter, dead silence...
