Update 1, I was contacted by a MiWay representative, saying that Mr. Motheo Makgoathane, told her that they will not change the policy back. I asked the representative to escalate this to disputes. Mr. Motheo Makgoathane did not even have the etiquette to phone me and tell me that, after he said he would. I also emailed him that, could he and I quote, "PS:Please forward this email to Heleen Honeyborne – Head of Legal and Dispute Resolution / Company Secretary."? I have to date not received any reply from either Mr. Motheo Makgoathane, ********** or Ms. Heleen Honeyborne. The next update will be also be published to all my social accounts.

Update 2 - The last conversation I had with Mr. Motheo, two days ago, was that he would resend my policy. The policy, that MiWay collections, apparently had the right to change to-whatever-they-want without my consent. Mr. Motheo confirmed the the steps to start a dispute againt MiWay is in there. Step by step, because the law required that to be there. So far nothing from him or the MiWay dispute department. How does it make me feel towards MiWay? I want to say BadWay! I am going to share how I feel about MiWay, how, utterly frustrated I feel! And suddenly I wonder, "maybe there is a real office where I can go and throw out some trash, maybe there are other things I could do to them, to show the MiWay team my feelings of frustration." The more I ponder in private the more disgust I start to feel towards MiWay. What's happening, it must be the distaste for MiWay in my heart, now I'm wondering, "Are MiWay, Capitec Bank, Nedbank and the other banks part of an deductions alliance, because MiWay grab money from my bank account even before I know the money is in, days from the agreed deduction date. Wow, I should ask the MiWay sharks why that is." Is there a minus 1 (-1) I could have for MiWay, please hellopeter?

Update Final – I am an addict. Has been one for almost 15 years. In the time I have hurt many people, because you cannot be an addict and love anyone but yourself. I’ve been in a program for the last year with other men, just doing the journey, just sort of going because I had to. But God had other plans, and in some miracle, he touched me and I’m different, just absolutely no desire for ****. Not when I’m alone, not after an argument with my wife, or tantrums of my teenagers, or outstanding bills, and the list goes on and on, just one desire and that is to honor God. I will never stop being an addict, but, I have help. *****MiWay hurt me financially, my lovely Mercedes Benz is now just s**** metal in my front yard. Why, because they change my insurance product without having either a recorded mandate or a signed mandate, as required by law. And Mr. Mmabatho Mooketsi, the only man to return my plea for help, assured me that MiWay has done it to a lot of other people, because they can. ***** I understand hurt, because I have hurt my wife, Wouna, in a way that I cannot explain, but I have also seen how God is healing that hurt. I’m going to take this terrible hurt that MiWay caused and I’m giving it to God, whatever the outcome. Perhaps, if you are reading this and you have hurt someone, or has been hurt by someone, please pray with me that God would stop MiWay from hurting ordinary people like me and you and the boy and the girl next door, just because they can. If you haven’t made a choice to follow Jesus, just start reading the bible, for no particular reason, like I did, just going through the motions, and Jesus will find you. He always does.
