no feedback given

I have an ongoing claim with Miway. I am really disappointed with the way my claim is being handled. No feedback is given what so ever. I always have to call them to get an update. Documents were requested from which I submitted. Even with the accident report, I had to go to the police station myself in my own time to make sure they receive it but every time I call I get different times as to when I will be attended. This sucks considering the years I have been with miway. I am seriously losing hope n trust in this insurance company.
