No Feedback from Miway ( Sakhile Mngomezulu)
Miway had been busy for several months on a recovery for a claim of mine. I understand this can be a lengthy process. The problem I have is that this recovery has been coming for about 9 months now, and every time I send a mail to Sakhile Mngomezulu for feedback I receive nothing. I have sent a mail indicating I will be complaining about this on Hello Peter, but this clearly also doe not matter. This is very sad as I have been with Miway for almost 10 years and the employees cannot even be bothered to supply feedback on mail request.
