No Feedback from Miway Claims Advisor.

Claim C951203 I recently had a theft claim approved by MiWay. However I mentioned to Tshepo Temane (MiWay Claims Advisor) that I am waiting for my Municipal Bill for consideration due to the cause of the high water usage being theft (taps and water pipes). I then submitted my bill for consideration, but then it was declined due to: Municipal costs/fees as a result of the loss of water from water heating systems are not covered. The fact is that the water loss is due to theft and not from heating systems. (this clause is thus irrelevant to my claim).

I had since tried to make contact with Tshepo on numerous occasions (email, phone calls, etc), but no reply. He simply does not get back me. I even asked him to forward me the contact details of his Team Leader in order to try and resolve this matter. This is clearly not the service I expect from MiWay and for Tshepo Temane: If this is your way of dealing with claims; then you simply does not fit into the MiWay 'culture'.
