No Feedback from February. MiWay client Guilty

On 31 January 2016 a MiWay client drove into the back of my car(we were standing still at a red robot and the guilt party's flip-flop broke, so he lost control over the petrol).<br> My insurance (Outsurance)gave me a \claim from another party\" letter which I submitted with other requested documents and photos of the car. I was at 1 panel-beaters but because of the model of my car it was seen as a write-off. <br> This car is my only means of transportation, therefore I has it fixed from my own pocket in the meantime. I submitted by claim via email on 22 February 2016 and have not received ANY Feedback. I feel that I was the victim of this accident (I have not been in an accident for 10 year) and now they still have not compensated for my damage (R 28 000) The guilty party is an Engineer and of co**** his car has been long fixed and he could care less about my financial situation! My husband does not have a full time job and all this money paid for an accident (where I was the victim) has had a traumatic financial impact on our lives.
