No feedback emty promises

My fishing equipment was ****** on Saturday 11.07.2015 in Shelly beach whilst on vacation .After reported it to the police and then to Miway the lady registered the claim and ensured me to phone me back with any feedback .I phoned every day to hear if there are any feedback and they just say they will call me back or that they are still waiting for quotes from their service providers,now all these equipment are specialised equipment ,I just wonder with what are they going to replace it with outdoor warehouse equipment ,if that is the case I wouldn't specify my fishing equipment as it will be cheap enough to replace myself. My whole vacation is now ruined as they didnt gave me feedback to what is going to happen for a whole week. THANKSA MIWAY Emty promises.
