No feedback and no turnaround time.

On Tuesday the 01/02/2022 I called in and claimed for my lost/****** device. and my claim was directed to Lerato Kom. I was advised to block the device and get the itc no. then some will call me back, no one did, so the next day I called in and gave in the itc no. I also asked for the turnaround time on feedback and the guy couldn't give me because she was busy on a quote, so he said he will send a mail to lerato to call me and if she hasn't called me by Friday I must call in. so she hasn't by today so I decide to call in for feedback. The lady I spoke to said that lerato is still waiting for the quote, which is fair but what I have been asking is how long does it take to get a quote because it is like 74 hours now and I don't even know if my claim was approved or not. I haven't even received a call from anyone from miway even after 4 days on claiming

What i would like is for someone to assist on give me a clue on miway turnaround time on feedback and how long a claim takes
