No feedback and lack of interest.

So yet again I am faced with a dilemma regarding Miway, and this time I have really been let down to the point of no return. A driving when a delivery guy pulled out of the parking and subsequently bumped me. I contacted Miway and was told that I must pay the excess and they will claim it back on my behalf. I was then told to submit two photo's, which I did, and an assessor would contact me. I received an email from an automatic response system and to date have not had any form of contact from an assessor. I contacted Miway this morning and was told that they had already received a quote??? I told the lady that I was advised not to drive the vehicle and that the vehicle is unsafe to drive. She told me that I will have to take the vehicle in to be assessed, after I told her it's not safe. She then said no one is going to look at the car as I sent the photo's but I was told to, this was my first accident and re**** on my insurance company to guide me through the process correctly. After a while she then said that she will put in a request to have the vehicle looked at and if there was something else?? Shame on you guys! would hate to be the one at fault could imagine the wrath then??
