No feedback after promising R400 because they could not beat my current insurance

<p>I received a call from Miway and they said that they would like to offer me insurance and if they could not beat my current insurance, they would pay me R400.</p> <p>The consultant advised that they could not beat my current insurance and will pay me R400. I sent through my bank details and no money was deposited. I tried to query this with them because since then, I have had no feedback.</p> <p>This was on the 26th April. I have sent more emails since then but no one has rep**** to any of my emails.</p>
