No feedback after cancellation

i made an online quote for my car and a day or two later cancelled it, the response i got from the online portal was that a consultant will call me regarding the cancellation of which to this day i am still waiting for that call to top it all of they made a premium deduction on the cancelled policy. i have been a client of miway for over a year now and am disappointed at the service or rather the non-service thereof<br> <br>
