No feedback after accident claim registered

I must add that the representative (Prudence) was great. She really did want to give me feedback, but the assessors had not given her anything to report. My car was moved between panelbeaters without even being assessed at the first location (I was informed that it was being moved, but was told by the original panelbeater that they only do cars under warranty - NOT a "capacity issue") In short, the miway advisors are great - they really want to help. But the processes behind them need to be improved. 9/10 for Prudence, and I reserve my rating for the assessor.
