No feedback

Hi I'm without my vehicle since 2019 December and in June 2021 i was notified that the vehicle was not repairable and that the vehicle will be a write off and within 2 days the vehicle and keys was collected on 12/06/21 and the vehicle natis and settlement letter was sent through after being requested by the Miway consultant on 14/06/21 i was in contact with Joseph (Alerang Nhlapo) from Claims but i have sent numerous emails and even called claims and left messages for him to call me back and till today i got no feedback from Miway besides that they are waiting for the approved repairer to refund the excess that was already paid not sure why it can be taking weeks but it's become very frustrating so hopefully this platform will help this situation
