no feedback

Hi have called and left messages for the apparent consultant incharge of my claim. No feedback I reported the accident to miway and have relevant documentation on 5 feb and photos on 6 feb and have received no feedback or response from miway. I have left numerous messages for the consultant and he has not called me back at all. It is now more than a week and still no response.Miway email said 2-3 working days, its been more than a week. I refuse to pay the excess miway can get it from the individual who bumped me for this inconvenience. Your claim reference number is: C705494.
