no feedback

I am still waiting for a 72 hour feedback from the claims section of Wiway. My car has been assesed from last week thursday and its tuesday today and still no feedback from miway. I need my car and unfortunately i had to phone them twice and twice they said they still busy. It has been 120 hours and im still waiting for them to tell me what my excess is and what i should pay and when i can pay. This is propably the biggest frustration so far.
