Hi MiWay <br> <br> I'm complaining on behalf of my mother. She is extremely disappointed with MiWay and your useless Staff (Thami and Nqaba)<br> <br> She logged a claim with you guys 2 weeks ago and there is still no feedback. Her damaged car is parked at home, and she now has to use public transport to get to work....MiWay has not arranged rental car nor bothered to keep her informed about her claim, yet insurance premium was deducted as usual.<br> <br> Why should we always report on Hellopeter before anything gets done ? <br> <br> Claim no : 604855<br> Ref no : ***

Palesa has been trying to get in touch, but has unfortunately not been able to reach your mom. In the interim, please be advised that your claim was authorised on 28 January and that we have notified the panel beater.
We have also issued your mom with a courtesy car, and we urge you to give us a shout if you need any further assistance!
