No faith in Miway

Firstly, I dont get feedbacks from Miway . sent a query regarding a question on their rewards and was told of the turn around time which has long passed, even today no feedback was relayed to me.

Now my car got ****** yesterday at a public parking , notified the police at the scene of the incident, then loaded my claim using the Miway app(which was hussle free) . I got a notification that Kayshnie will be incontact with and was also provided her contact details.

tried calling her/him and the phone always goes straight to voicemail, emailed her/him twice on different queries relating to my queries and only responded to one email which was not even friendly and sympathetic to my situation .

I really dont have faith in Miway and I hope the restore my faith in them with this claim, the first shock/disappointmet was wihth your cashback reward of R300 and odd which is not even half of my monthly premiums.

DISAPPOINTING, hope my claim wont be ignored like my queries
