No ethics, absolute Lies

I got a call from Miway trying to sell me insurance. After I said twice that I am not interested the woman said I would get R400 if they can't beat my current insurance. I went through the 30 minute process just to be told that my type of insurance does not apply for this promotion. I had made it clear what insurance I was with and what type at the beginning of the call. I spoke to Kegan the apparent manager, promising he would listen to the call and get back to me. Still no feedback. This is sickening that you lie to people this way to get sales.
