No email reply! And still no address update!
Miway's call centre is appalling.<br> <br> I called and emailed last week! To update my address for car insurance. NO reply to the email! No call back to update my address. Today I get a call from Miway trying to sell me life insurance! Are you out of your minds?<br> <br> I asked you to update my address details. There was NOBODY available to do so when I called so Babalelo made a note on the system. <br> <br> Do NOT call me trying to sell life insurance when you haven't bothered to attend to my updated address change a week later!! Such a bad company! Ref no: ***
