No document until debit details are given.

Not to impressed, I was getting a quote but would not be forced to take the policy immediately and give my details, a Mr Joseph repeatedly tried to get my banking details, I explained I am interested but would like to read the document first, he then got rether ubrupt when I asked if he would email it he just mumbled something and put down the phone, I did the quote last Thursday but have not received anything, why can't I read the document before agreeing? If somthing goes wrong I would be told it is my responsibility to read the document, I said I was interested but looks like if I did not agree to give my banking details immediately, Mr Joseph does not want my business, it is Tuesday today still no email so I guess I have to find another, pity I heard such good things
