No decision made 3 months later

<p>My car was in an accident on 28 November and to date a decision on whether the car is repairable has not be made. Worse, no one is keeping me in the loop as to where my car is! The link I was sent to track progress has had the same feedback since December 23rd. This is unacceptable! My friends and colleagues are turned off from Miway by this.</p>
