No customer service

I have received pathetic service or rather no from Miway. I submitted a claim 27 February 2023. Keneilwe Adams couldn't be bothered to answer her phone respond to messages or emails. This is absolutely disgusting. Miway has the audacity to send me messages to motivate me to move my car insurance over to them. I would never change to Miway nor would I advise anyone else to do so after this experience, Miway might just be the worst insurance in SA.
