No Customer Service!!!

I'm getting very frustrated with this company. I'm paying every month but yet I can't use any of the services. My app doesn't work, I can't login or register. These people don't call back after calling early hours of the morning, it just makes common sense if someone don't pick up early in the morning they need to call back the afternoon, they just don't care about customer service!
