NO COVER FOR BROKEN IPHONE SCREEN YET PREMIUMS ARE UP TO DATE!!ALWAYS

I have had the worst experience with claiming for a meagre phone screen claim. During my initial call I had told Phumzile Phatlane that I am claiming for a cracked screen and also expressed that I would be taking the phone for repairs out of my own account at We Fix and she advised that it's okay and that I would be reimbursed should the claim be approved. The claim was approved and I've heard nothing from Miway or Phumzile Phatlane since. I have sent several emails and attached the damage report and I have heard nothing. I am so disappointed in Miway. Their service is ********** and you can never get ahold of these reps telephonically. Unacceptable to even call themselves an entire insurance company.
