No cover After 3 premium deductions

<p>In February 2016 I was alled by one of the Miway agents and quoted a ver reasonable vehicle insurance premium. I took on the insurance and then remembered three months later that I hadn't sent them a vehicle inspection letter. I'd been very busy and totally forgot. I then called their offices and found out that since I hadn't sent the inspection letter to them, I had not been covered. For the whole three months, while they continued to take their premiums without fail every month. I was sent no reminder, no sms, no email, no phone call, nothing. Yet I continue to get generic messages about weather conditions that don't exist. I'd like my money back. Plain and simple. Please and thank you.</p>
