No contact

My vehicles insurance was cancelled, and Phoned MIWAY to reinstate it. I then asked them about my installment and they said they will phone me back. No one phoned. I again contacted them and they said they will make a note of it. It took them a few days before they phoned me. But as it was time that most people knock off from work MIWAY decided to phone. I do not pick up phone while driving. They left messages and a mail to phone back. The same day when I got home I phoned back on ********** and no one answered. That was yesterday. This morning Phoned their 0860 number. The lady asked the usual questions and she said she will put me thru to the retention department. Obviously the phone just rang and after a while it was cut from their side. Why do I have to battle to get hold of them. I phone a few times and they only once and then they leave you. I am sure this must be all recorded on their notes on computer.
