No communication
I have cancelled my policy with Miway. I have received 2 emails from their retentions dept. who obviously want to talk to me. I have rep**** to both emails explaining why I can’t be reached and giving alternate contact details, but clearly no one there can read... I can’t help that. Please cancel my policy and refund me the balance of my July premium. Thank you.
