NO COMMUNICATION

If I could give -5 for todays experience I would. My car broke down and I logged a roadside assistance. Someone called me me and said they will call me back shortly with a quote for the extra kms that the tow truck will have to tow me. All good. 45 mins later and NOTHING!! 8 months PREGNANT woman on the side of the road. I then send a message via their WhatsApp number and after 10 mins someone phones me to tell me that the system is down!!!!! Would I like them to dispatch security?? If you knew the system is down, why not inform the client and keep them updated? Isn’t that what the WhatsApp communication is for? To stay updated? Now you want to inform me an HOUR LATER, that the system is down. I am definitely switching my insurance company. Worse experience EVER!!!
