No claim letter

<p>I have been covered with miway from 2014 June and today i called to get a no claim letter only to find out that i have a claim in my profile which was actually not done. I locked my keys in the car back in 2014 on a Sunday evening and I called Miway for assistance thinking that was a free roadside assistance package only to find out i had to pay for it adding to that they didnt have a locksmit in klerksdorp and they said the only locksmit close was in Kroonstad i told them i will make another plan as i was not even aware that i needed to pay for the service. So now my profile is looking bad and all they say is they cant remove it because it happened a long time ago..Pathetic if you ask me.</p>
