No call back/response for existing client

<p>I was called by Gloria on 7 November 2016 to assist me with a better insurance premium. After giving her all my details she said she'll call back. It has been three days and she hasn't called me. This is basic service delivery that was not fulfilled. Please bear in mind that I am an existing client with Miway.</p> <p> </p>
