no call back received
i requested a call back a few days ago and still waiting , i need a quote on HC if this is what they call service i think its time to move on to another insurer

14 Aug 2020, 10:05they called back but did not help me whats so ever keep on dropping the call this is really terrible service , dont even know what will happen at claim stage if sales stage is so pathetic ...i think i am going to cancel this policy
