No call back
I called them on Friday after holding on the line for 30 minutes I was told that all agents are busy the person who answered said she will send an email to someone because my issue was urgent. Until today it's Tuesday I never recieved a call back.
I'm extremely disappointed. Because this was regarding my debit order.
